Oven-Perfect Scrambled Eggs
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons ½ and ½ Cream
- 14 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Chives
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
- Mix the eggs and cream together. Set aside.
- Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, chives and salt together and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat and scramble the eggs until firm but moist. (Using a heat resistant spatula helps.) Remove from heat.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the scrambled eggs. Place mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until very hot.
