Hearty Egg Casserole

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 3 cups Hash Browns
- 3/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Ham, fully cooked, diced
- 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 12 oz.can Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Eggs
Steps:
- Place potatoes in an 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. Beat eggs, milk, pepper and salt; pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
