Policies- Minimum stay required (Minimum stays generally required for weekends, holiday periods, special events)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (smoking is allowed on porches and balconies)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Stairs, balconies & goldfish pond require close supervision)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required ($50 deopsit required)
- Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations made up to 7 days (14 days during holidays or special events) prior to your arrival date forfeit the $50 deposit. Late cancellations (within 7 days of your arrival date) and early departures will be charged the cost of the first night (unless the rooms are re-rented). - Accepted by the following agencies:

Jackie enjoys the opportunity to pamper her guests, to make them feel completely comfortable and at home in this grand Victorian house, and to assist them in exploring and touring St. Augustine. She is a Master Gardener in Florida and enjoys growing heirloom roses and orchids, just being outdoors, reading, and quilting. - The innkeepers speak: English
