Baked Oatmeal
Total preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 5 cups oatmeal
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
Steps:
- Mix it all together, no fuss no muss.
- Pour in 11 x 13 pyrex sprayed with PAM.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Cut into sqaures when cooled.
- Add bananas to your favorite syrup and heat. Then serve over 3 squares per serving. This is very filling and is a knock out to replace pancakes, waffles and french toast.
