Baked Oatmeal

Total preparation time:  20 minutes
Serves:  6

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

Steps:

  1. Mix it all together, no fuss no muss.
  2. Pour in 11 x 13 pyrex sprayed with PAM.
  3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut into sqaures when cooled.
  5. Add bananas to your favorite syrup and heat. Then serve over 3 squares per serving. This is very filling and is a knock out to replace pancakes, waffles and french toast.
