Blueberry French Toast

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 large jar blueberry pressurve
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 French Bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Steps:
- Mix the 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and the 1 large jar of blueberry pressureve together and spread an the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
- Slice the French Bread in 1/2 inch rounds, butter both sides and place in a single layer ontop of the blueberry mixture.
- Mix the 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the 1/2 teaspoon baking powder together. Pour mixture over bread. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. This can be put in the refridgerator overnight or just bake at 350 for 30 min.
