    A 14 day notice of any change prior to the arrival date is required for a refund, less $25 reservation fee per room Cancellations and any change in reservation on less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date will result in the loss of 50% deposit or one nights stay, whichever is greater. On the day of check in any cancellations will result in full payment of reservation.
