General Information

A delightful mix of Irish, Victorian, and Woodsy, elegant yet casual, the Inn offers 3 rooms overlooking its river of stairstep waterfalls. Enjoy your breakfast on the deck by the falls, or inside, at your choice of time. Barbeque available for dinners. The small town is a short walk. Explore the beautiful Trout Lake valley, "the land of the forgotten giant - Mt. Adams," adjacent to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, with all forms of recreation including 4 Sno-Parks nearby. Children welcome with advance notice. Kelly and Marilyn Enochs are flexible to all your needs. We'd love to see you!

  • Directions to property:
    For people living East or West of the Columbia River Gorge, the quickest way to Trout Lake is to get on Oregon Interstate 84 and head for the center of the Scenic Area and the town of Hood River, OR. Exit from 84 at exit #64, and go North across the Hood River Bridge. At the first intersection on the Washington side (Highway 14) one can go left or right, about 1 1/2 miles to the signs for Trout Lake (Highway 141). 23 miles North on 141 will bring you to Trout Lake. Just past the "Entering Trout Lake" sign is a "Y." Stay to the right of the Chevron Station. In two blocks you'll cross a bridge with waterfalls. We're the next driveway on the left - You'll see our sign!

  • Directions from airport:
    Get on Interstate 84 in Oregon and go East to Hood River (exit #64). Go North across the Hood River Toll Bridge into Washington. At the intersection with WA Highway 14 go either left to "Alt. 141" to Trout Lake, or right to Bingen and the "Hwy. 141" to Trout Lake sign. From Western Washington follow Washington Highway 14 East to Bingen and White Salmon, then North on Highway 141 23 miles to Trout Lake.
