General Information

Stay in 3 bedroom+living room suite as our only guests. KIDS and PETS WELCOME. FREE SAILBOAT RIDE on our 34 foot sailboat for all guests. Our Historic 1786 house is the oldest home in Hyannis Port.

Enjoy our three fine bedrooms, Delft tiled bathroom with tub, living room, kitchen, screened porch and laundry room. We have four fireplaces. There is an enclosed hot shower outside for rinsing after the beach. No smoking is allowed in the house.

Our quiet neighborhood is near two beautiful warm saltwater beaches, the Kennedy family neighborhood, fine dining, shopping and entertainment. 4 minutes away at the Ocean Street Docks, are sightseeing cruises, fishing boats and ferries to the islands.
With only your party staying here, we will give you excellent personal attention and service. We hope to hear from you soon.

  • Deposit amount required (50%. Credit card guarantee by phone till check arrives.)

  • Cancellations:
    90% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation received more than 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival are non refundable. However we will make a 90% refund if we are able to re-rent your room. In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited.

    Get to Cape Cod and head East on Route 6. Take exit number 6 and get onto Route 132 east towards Hyannis. Go 1.5 miles toward the 2nd traffic light. Just after the Cape Codder Resort Hotel / Hearth & Kettle on the right, bear right just before the light on to Bearses Way. Go 200 yards and make first right just after Buds Lounge onto Pitchers Way. Pass Jiffy Lube and Go 2.5 miles (through 2 traffic lights) and come to a stop sign. Merge straight onto Scudder Ave. Go gently along right hand curve, less than 1/4 mile to 4-way intersection and turn left at stop sign onto Marston Ave. We are the eighth house on left. Look for our two tall trees, Stone wall and dimly lit sign. and our wide asphalt driveway just before a street light. Park. Guests use front door.
