Master BedroomThe Southeast master bedroom is part of the 3 bedroom family suite in season but may be rented seperately in the off season. It is warmly furnished with a four post canopy bed with luxurious 300 count linens and fine feather pillows, antique bureau and hutch with antique books, chairs, chests, and oriental carpets.
A crib and a cot are available for use in any room.

Southwest Twin BedroomThe Southwest bedroom is part of the 3 bedroom family suite but may be rented seperately in the off season. It connects directly to the front hallway, Living room and West twin bedroom.
It is furnished with two twin beds, bureau, chairs and bedside tables. It has a fireplace and a large bookcase of nautical books and popular novels.
A crib and a cot are available for use in any room.

West Twin BedroomThe West bedroom connects directly to the living room and Southwest twin bedroom. It is furnished with two twin beds, antique hutch, table and a bedside table. It also has a walk-in closet.

KitchenA Full Breakfast of your preference is served in the Kitchen by Marcus and Lynette from 7:30 to 8:30 am. Please let us know your food preferences before you arrive, otherwise it's cook's choice of standard fare.
The family kitchen contains all the usual appliances and a large dining table and chairs. It has a raised fireplace and two walk-in pantries. You are welcome to use the phone for incoming and non-toll calls.
You are welcome to help yourself to Continental Breakfast items which are available in the kitchen at all times. You can use the fridge but not the stove.

PorchThe screened porch adjoining the kitchen has a nice love seat, several chairs and two tables where you can quietly enjoy reading and relaxing. There is also comfortable lawn furniture in the yard outside.
There is No Smoking in the house, but it's OK outside.

Living RoomThe living room has a separate outside entrance from the side of the house and is furnished with a couch, chairs, antique desk, heirloom grandfather's clock and a 27" television connected to Comcast Broadband service.
The fireplaced living room connects to all three bedrooms and the kitchen.

3 room Family SuiteIn season, from June 24- Sept 5, The 3 room Family Suite is our only available lodging. We only rent to one party at a time.
Perfect for families, the Suite consists of the Southwest Master Queen Bedroom ajoining the Southwest Twin Bedroom ajoining the West Twin Bedroom. All rooms open onto the Living Room.
A crib and a cot are available for use in any room.
Guests may use either the master bathroom or the upstairs bathroom. Most guests also enjoy using the large outdoor ivy-lined hot water shower and the porch.
All guests may have a Free Sailboat Ride on our 34' sloop "Eventide".
