General InformationWelcome to 312 Seaton, a detached Victorian home on a quiet tree lined street in downtown Toronto’s historical "Cabbagetown". From here you are close to many of Toronto’s major tourist attractions, the downtown business district and financial area, and hundreds of restaurants and clubs that offer a variety of dining and entertainment experiences for all tastes and budgets. At 312 Seaton we welcome pleasure and business travelers with amenities designed to make each guest’s stay, whether first time visitor or returning friend, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Each room has DSL high speed access, TV, Coffee Makers, and a Bar Fridge. There is a computer and printer in the common area, and complimentary fresh fruit and yogurt is always available. The newly landscaped backyard is a lovely place to sit and relax.

Policies- Minimum stay required (Minimum two night stay.)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children are only allowed if renting the Apartment)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night is required when booking, or a week for bookings of two weeks or longer.)
- Check in time is 2PM and Check out time is 11AM
- Cancellations:
You may cancel up to 14 days in advance of the booking with a $20.00 administration fee only. Inside the 14 days you forfit your deposit. Once you arrive the full amount of the booking is due, and no refunds are given from the time you arrive, unless we are able to re rent the room. No shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
