Pineapple Casserole
Total preparation time: 45 minutes
Serves: 9Ingredients:
- 2 cans chunk pineapple
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 2 cups 2 % sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 roll whole wheat Ritz crackers(crumbs)
- 1 stick light butter, melted
Steps:
- Put all ingredients BUT Ritz crumbs and butter into baking dish. Cover with crumbs. Pour melted butter over the top of mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees in an 8"X8" baking dish for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
