Light, bright & spacious, the Garden Suite is wonderful for small families or even for couples to share. Amenities include a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker & electric kettle in the sunny entry foyer, private 2nd room with Queen bed through French door entries, private, double-entry bath with clawfoot tub & shower, 20" in-room cable TV, small breakfast table, private back deck with wrought-iron bistro set. Wonderful for longer stays!

Safari Suite
Just a touch of Jungle! Spacious Suite with private sunroom or second bedroom through double French doors. Added amenities include microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, cable TV, private bath with claw-foot tub & hairdryer. Large bay window in sunroom overlooks the front yard. A Daybed with Trundle in this room may be made into a King bed or two twins.

Rose Room 8
Done in lovely black toile, Rose Room #8 is an amazingly economical choice for a B&B. In-room amenities include private bath with tub & shower, hairdryer, a coffee-maker & cable TV. An additional roll-away twin is available for this room. A sunny nook has a breakfast table & seating for two. Note: this room has a Double bed, suitable for singles and cuddlers!! Need more room? Reserve both Rose Rooms & open the double privacy doors between the two for a two-bedroom, two full bath Suite.

Music Suite
Done in Blue Toile, the Music Suite was the previous owner's private "music studio", and his CDs are available for your listening pleasure and purchase! In-room amenities include a double entry private bathroom with clawfoot tub with shower, hairdryer, coffee-maker & cable TV. From the "sitting room" with Daybed with Trundle (may be made up as two twins or 1 King bed), French doors open into the second room of this Suite. There is a deck off this room through a sliding glass door.

The Whole Cottage
The Whole Cottage is popular to reserve in it's entirity & is great for family and friend gatherings or small retreat style meetings. Spacious open gathering rooms, abundant decks & large front porch, guest-use kitchen & laundry and many extra amenities, make this Cottage great to "take over"!! In addition to the base rate noted above, there is an additional and optional $5.00 per guest per night charge. Weekly rates are $2,350 & 25.00 each guest.

Reserve with Rose Room #8 - the double privacy doors between these two rooms may be opened up to create a two-bedroom, two-bath Suite!

Abundant charming windows & delightful Arts&Crafts features throughout the Cottage provide character & ambience to your stay at Oakland.Another view of the large front entry & living area of Oakland Cottage - a wonderful space in which to lounge by the gas fireplace, work a puzzle, read a book or play chess. Each morning, a full breakfast is available & served in the Dining Room area.

The Garden Suite is the largest of the 4 Suites. Pictured here is the wonderful master bedroom with king bed and two twins. Access to a private deck is through sliding glass doors. The second bedroom is through French doors and it has a charming double bed. An small entry foyer to this suite has extra amenities such as a mini-fridge, microwave & coffee-maker.The smaller bedroom of the Garden Suite with Queen Bed
The main room of the Safari Suite has a Queen bed. Walk through double French doors into the "Sunroom" of this Suite in which one or twin beds may be set. Mini-fridge & microwave are additional amenities in a nook off the sunroom. Additional amenities include Coffee-maker, Cable TV & private full bath, soaps, shampoos & bathrobes.Entry room of the Music Suite with Blue Toile - comfortable sitting area with Cable TV, Coffee Maker, breakfast table, or with a daybed & trundle, this room may expand for additional guests.

The Dogwood Suite is located on the first floor and has a bath with large step-in shower & lovely tile detail. This two room Suite may be accessed from inside the B&B and also from a private outside entry off its own little front porch with bistro table & chairs. Queen bed in main room and twin bed in second room.
