Long after the house was first built in 1920 the Armstrongs added a full second story, a small cottage and a carriage house on the property that Inez often referred to as the "Mill Pond Acre" This is a beautiful acre of land located within the city limits and walking distance to all the shops and cafes of Fairborn.
