Low fat Breakfast sausage
Total preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon oregeno
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic granules
Steps:
- Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
- Shape into patties
- Spray non-stick pan coating on grill and grill turkey patties until brown on each side. Tastes just like sausage, but much healthier.
