  Bill is a cabinetmaker by trade whose work is also his hobby. He is always building whether it is for clients or restoring old buildings. Antoinette is a registered nurse by profession but her real passion is afternoon tea. When the cottage is not filled with visitors, she takes the occasion to offer tea parties and classes.
