Italian Gnocchi with zucchini and eggplan

Ingredients:

  • 1 slide Garlic
  • 7 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 fresh eggplants
  • 3 fresh zucchine
  • 6 small fresh Tomatoes
  • 1/2 fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 kg gnocchi
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  1. Heat the olive oil with garlic until it became little brown in a frying pan .
  2. Add eggplants and zucchini at one time, cooking with cover on and every 5 minutes mesh it all.
  3. After 5 min add the tomatoes and salt and hot peper (if like hot). Cooking for 20 minutes meshing often, with fire very light.
  4. In a pot boiled salty water, add gnocchi (or pasta 1 kg is enought) when the gnocchi come to the top means are ready.
  5. Mix together with the sauce in the frying pan adding some fresh basil.
