Overlooking the Appalachian mountains and the New River in the midst of abundant outdoor activity, this seven room Select Registry bed and breakfast offers a peaceful getaway just off HWY 460, 25 minutes west of Blacksburg. All rooms have private baths, WiFi, satellite TV, robes, and open to the decks and terraces. From refreshments on arrival and a 3-course breakfast served on the deck or in the greatroom, the inn is perfect for romantic getaways, small gatherings, weddings, family reunions, retreats and business meetings. • Deposit amount required (Reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to a 50% of the total reservation, payable with cash or AMEX, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.)
• Closed: First two weeks of January
• Check in time is 3:00-7:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Refund of the deposit will be made for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to arrival date. There after, deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee only if the entire reservation is rebooked. Groups-A 60 day notice of cancellation is required by groups reserving all rooms to insure a refund of the deposit. 50% deposit required for all bookings of 4 rooms or more.
