Breakfast Pears with Cranberries

Serves: 12Ingredients:
- 6 Pears - cubed
- 2 cups Crangerries - fresh/frozen whole
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oats - uncooked
- 3/4 cup brown sugar - dark, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 stick butter - melted
Steps:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Butter 12 ramekins.
Peel and cube pears.
In a large bowl toss pears and cranberries, sugar, 1 Tbsp flour, cinnamon and salt.
Divide mixture among the 12 ramekins.
- Make topping:
Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder. Sprinkle equally over the apple mixture in ramekins. Pour melted butter equally over mixture in ramekins.
- Bake 40 - 45 minutes
- Serve with a dollop of vanilla yogurt
