Brownie Raspberry Cheesecake

Serves: 16Ingredients:
- 1 pkg chocolate raspberry chips
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 oz cream cheese-lite or regular
- 1 egg
- 1 jar seedless raspberry jam
Steps:
- Cream butter and 1 2/3c sugar. Beat 3 eggs in one at a time. Melt 1c rasp. chips and stir in with 1 tsp. vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to above. Put in foil lined springform pan(grease bottom and sides. Bake 40min @ 350.
- Melt rest of chips and beat in cream cheese, 1/3c sugar, egg and vanilla. Spread over brownie and bake 15 more min. Spread warm jam over top before serving and drizzle with melted regular chocolate chips and white choc. chips (separately) , if desired. Very pretty and delicious!
