General Information

Experience the charm and Victorian elegance of our beautiful, restored circa 1860 home. Sarah's House has central AC, and the five spacious guest rooms each have a private bath. You can relax in the Parlor while listening to music played by owner, Steve Miller, on our 7' Baldwin Grand Piano, choose from a large variety of reading material in our well stocked Library, or chat with the other guests while enjoying a delicious full breakfast or dessert in the sun drenched morning room, or the formal dining room. Yes, a delicious, full breakfast is included in the price of your room. We also treat our guests to a complimentary, freshly made dessert each evening with choice of hot or cold beverage. • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (No smoking inside. Ashtrays provided on two outside porches)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome (Well behaved children please. Monitored by parents.)

• Deposit amount required (A fifty percent (50%)deposit is required at time of booking.)
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations: For any refund we require notification as follows: 1 Room - 7 Days Notification 2 Rooms - 14 Days Notification 3 Rooms - 30 Days Notification 4 or 5 Rooms - 60 Days Notification If we do not receive the minimum notification you will forfeit your entire deposit, regardless of whether or not the room is rebooked. ALL cancellations will be assessed a $20 per room processing fee, which will be taken out of your deposit amount.   Tina collects Longaberger baskets (130 and counting)and enjoys reading, writing and scrapbooking. Steve plays his 7' Baldwin Grand piano, and both Steve & Tina enjoy all types of music (except rap). Both enjoy cooking, serving and hearing of each guest's life experiences and hobbies.
