General InformationSouthmoreland on the Plaza-an Urban Inn, sets a new standard for B&B hospitality and comfort. Located just two blocks off the Country Club Plaza and four blocks from the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art,the Inn blends classic New England Bed and Breakfast ambiance with small hotel amenities.
Twelve guestrooms and the Carriage House suite offer private baths, telephones and parking. Each room has a special feature such as a treetop deck, fireplace or jacuzzi. Business guests will discover support services unusual for B&Bs such as free local calls and FAX, 24-hour access and switchboard, and guest privileges at two full-service fitness centers.

A vaulted ceiling and rich red decor lend to the dramatic appearance of the Inn's most recent addition. This is a suite for all seasons with a free-standing fireplace and a private deck. A king-sized bed and two-person jacuzzi complete this room's list of features.

Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the reservation date result in a 50% deposit forfeiture(one-half the cost of all nights reserved). Same day cancellations and "no-show" reservations will be charged at 100% unless they can be re-booked. Different cancellation policies apply to business travel reservations, groups and on special event or holiday dates.
