• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Grandville Pub within walking distance)
• Deposit amount required (First nights deposit by credit card is required to hold your room.)
• Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 PM
• Cancellations:
  Your deposit minus a $20 processing fee is credited toward your next stay if cancellation is received 10 days prior to your arrival for guest rooms. If your cancellation is received less than 10 days before your arrival-you are responsible for all room charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation. No-shows are charged for full reservation.
