The Mission Inn San Juan Capistrano is a lovely, 20-room boutique bed and breakfast hotel nestled in an 80-year old Valencia orange grove in historic downtown San Juan. We are known as a private, quiet escape location for those looking to get away from their everyday stressful lives. Many of our rooms have charming fireplaces in them. Located adjacent to Mission San Juan Capistrano, "the Jewel of the California Missions," the Mission Inn is architecturally styled in 19th century California Mission design and evokes the simple elegance and gracious hospitality of the haciendas of old town San Juan Capistrano. Situated in coastal south Orange County, halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, we are easily accessible by train, plane or car.

  All rooms are double occupancy and feature one king-size or two double beds. They all have in-room refrigerators, hairdryers, air-conditioning. Many have cozy fireplaces. Due to the unique nature of our Inn, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.

• Minimum stay required (Two night minimum on weekends May 25 thru Sept 30, 2007 and holidays)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Outdoors Only)
• Guest pets are welcome ($20 per night and signed "Pet Agreement")
• Accommodations are not suitable for children (We are able to accommodate children 12 years and older.)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary Sherry)
• Deposit amount required (One night room and tax)
• Check in time is 2:00 pm to 5:30 and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  Fourteen days prior to arrival, minus $20.00 cancellation fee.
