Eggs Dijon: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 8

Prep time:25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Sprinkle with Dried Basil

  • 16 Eggs

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 2 cups Sour Cream

  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup Vermont White Cheddar Cheese

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 individual casserole dishes with cooking spray. Mix sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and wine with a wire whisk until well blended.

Step 2:

Break 2 eggs into each dish. Cover with grated cheese. Add sour cream mixture and top with bread crumbs.

Step 3:

Bake 12 to 15 minutes until eggs are desired doneness.
