Eggs Dijon

- Sprinkle with Dried Basil
- 16 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Vermont White Cheddar Cheese
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 individual casserole dishes with cooking spray. Mix sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and wine with a wire whisk until well blended.
- Break 2 eggs into each dish. Cover with grated cheese. Add sour cream mixture and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until eggs are desired doneness.
