General Information

So close to it all, yet a world apart. Leave your cares far behind as you enter our elegant Greek Revival farmhouse with magnificent Gothic barn, set on 18 beautiful acres in a scenic pastoral setting. If you are in the mood for peace and quiet, you can curl up by the fire in the library with a good book. If you want scenery, take the hiking path up the hill behind the barn to the picnic table for a spectacular view of the valley. In winter this same area becomes the ultimate sledding hill! And when you are ready to see all that Vermont has to offer, it's practically at your doorstep. Enjoy the great outdoors at Killington, Okemo, Appalachian/Long Trails, and the lakes district. Shop till you drop in Manchester, browse through museums and art centers, enjoy summer theater at Weston and Dorset - all within 20 miles!
