General Information

On the white sand beach of Saco Bay, our Victorian cottage bed and breakfast offers dramatic ocean and island views, quiet surroundings with comfortable rooms, suites or apartments.

Wake up to spectacular sunrises and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. All are within the small historic community of Ocean Park, tucked between the towns of Saco and Old Orchard Beach.

Our continental breakfast is served daily on the dune front enclosed porch.

• Deposit amount required (Reservation confirmed in writing upon receipt of deposit of 50% applied to last day. Reservations of 1 night require advance full payment.)

• Check in time is 1:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 10:00 am
• Cancellations:
  Cancellation or reductions must be 30 days in advance for full deposit refund, less $50 bookkeeping fee. Cancellations less than 30 days notice, repayment (less fee) may be made if reservation can be refilled. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice automatically forfeit the full deposit.
