The Back Bay Inn is the Central California Coast's most romantic getaway. Voted to be one of the Central Coast's top 10 B&Bs. It is small, private and located right on the water at the quiet south end of Morro Bay in Baywood Park. Kayak to your doorstep. All 13 rooms at the inn are waterfront and command spectacular and inspiring vistas of the back bay's mirror-like waters and the beautiful coastal mountains of Montana de Oro State Park. Your room will feature either a cozy fireplace, balcony or lanai and will provide the ideal backdrop for a perfect romantic vacation.

    FROM NORTH: One mile south of Morro Bay on HWY.1 take Los Osos / Baywood Park exit. Head south and follow the edge of the bay about 1.5 miles to the first light. Right on Santa Ysabel about 1 mile to 2nd St. Turn left 2 blocks to waterfront. Lodge located directly on water to the right adjacent to the waterfront coffee shop and pier.--------- FROM SOUTH: Take U.S. 101 to San Luis Obispo and exit at Los Osos Valley Road. Turn left on to Los Osos Valley Road and go for about 10 miles (much of it farmland) to South Bay Blvd. Turn right on South Bay Blvd. Drive for 1.5 miles to Santa Ysabel (second light). Turn left and drive about a mile to 2nd Street. Turn left and go 2 blocks to the waterfront. The Back Bay Inn is on your right near the pier and behind the coffee shop.
