General InformationCome visit the historic Saratoga Springs, New York Fox `n Hound Bed and Breakfast. We are conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Saratoga shopping, dining, and the Saratoga Race Course and Museums. Saratoga Springs is also the summer home for the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra.
The Fox `n Hound Bed and Breakfast is unlike any other. A restored Victorian Mansion with colonial and Queen Ann architectural detail, that offers comfortable elegance with a cosmopolitan flair, European hospitality with the warmth of home, attention to detail found in the finest resorts, and the convenience of in-town location.
We also offer a wide variety of packages and specials including Culinary Retreats, classical music and dance, jazz, rafting, and riding.
To enhance your stay, we will delight you with a multi course hot breakfast that changes daily and afternoon tea, cookies, and chocolates.

Roumanian cheese pancakes served with creme freiche and berries.The pancakes are made with farmers cheese and eggs, sauteed on a griddle and served with a vanilla sauce and seasonal berries. The dish originates from the northern part of Roumania, Marlena's birth place
