• Accommodations: One room and one suite
• There are 2 guest accommodations (2 with private baths)
• Single occupancy rate is between $CAD 105.00 and $CAD 110.00
• Double occupancy rate is between $CAD 125.00 and $CAD 135.00
• The rate for each additional person is $CAD 25.00
• Other Accommodations: Apartment and Studio
  The apartment comes with two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with heated ceramic floor, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, stereo sound system, PC, wireless internet.
  The studio comes with one bedroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette/living room with pull-out bed and 40" flat screen TV with DVD player, 13" TV in bedroom, wireless internet.

• Smoking is allowed outside only (Back & Front porch only- An understanding Non-Smoking b&b)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (Dog owner friendly but for small & medium size dogs- No cats)
• Children are welcome (Owner is a big "Kid": access to videos dvd's board games etc)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary drink offered: espresso, tea, juice, etc.)
• Deposit amount required (A 25% deposit of the total stay before applicable taxes, paid by these accepted credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express.)
• Check in time is 4 p.m. and Check out time is 11:30 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  À la Carte is a small but dedicated B&B, offering to each and everyone of its guests the best service possible. That is why a last minute cancellation has an adverse and immediate impact on this small business. Deposits will be refunded minus a $ CAD 25.00 service charge per room booked when guests cancel 10 days prior to their confirmed arrival date or earlier. For later cancellations a one night stay per room reserved will be charged. This also applies for any reductions of days originally booked.

  Daniel has always been interested in music (all kinds), cinema, french comics strips and with years graphic art. His love of good food, wines, beers, History, Geography, Sociology, Psychology, Astronomy, Philosophy, Ethics, Politics, Environment, Backgammon, Chess, is equal to his passion of restoring an old house. He travelled in Europe for 10 months, biked there and in the U.S.A. and Canada. His wife Petra from Germany joint him in November 2008.
