• Cancellations:
  If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit(s), less a $50 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night's rate is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. The credit is valid for 13 months.
