If you cancel within the period, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to resell your room(s). If we are able to resell, then the above refund policies will be activated. Reducing the number of a days of a stay is considered the same as a cancellation and you will be subject to the same policy as stated above. The minimum stay requirement will still apply. Arrivals later than your scheduled arrival date will constitute a cancellation and monies will not be refundable unless the room(s) are resold. Cancellation fees will still apply. (1) Stay in one of the two right hand lanes of 19th Ave. through Golden Gate Park. You will now be on Park Presidio. Continue through the tunnel and on to the Golden Gate Bridge. Once across bridge, you will be on Hwy 101 North. (2) Continue on Hwy 101 North past San Rafael, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and Healdsburg. Exit East on 128 to Geyserville. (3) Exit down ramp, turn right. You will now be on Geyserville Avenue. Follow the road around to the left. Go approximately one mile until you reach the Hope Merrill House on the left. Registration for both houses is in the Hope Merrill.
