As we are easy going people we always worry that a cancellation policy can make us seem "strict" but we do hope you can understand that the "rules of the road" are necessary as we are ultimately running a business. So here goes: If you are required to cancel your reservation and provide us with at least 14 days notice we will only charge a $26.50 administration fee ($25 plus 5% tax). Deposits will not be refunded if a cancellation is received within 14 days of your arrival date. If you cancel on the day of check-in or are a "no show" you will be obligated to pay for the entire stay as origially booked (we hope you can appreciate that it is unlikely we could re-book the room at this point). We will send a confirmation e-mail of your reservation within 24 hours of receipt of your reservation request. If you do not receive a confirmation it is your obligation to contact us to ensure that the booking is confirmed. If you reserve a room and do not show up, stating that you "did not receive a confirmation" will not be an acceptable excuse. You will be liable to pay for the entire stay so please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking. Did it sound too harsh? We hope not. We try to be as fair as we can.

Turn right (south) on Seaton.. We are half a block up on the left. Note: The last right turn we told you to take is an illegal right hand turn. We suggest you cut through the parking lot on the corner rather than actually turning right at the corner. Alternatively, you can go one block past Seaton, turn around, and approach the street from the other direction. It¿s a bit inconvenient but the ¿No Right Turn¿ sign does keep our street nice and quiet
