We are surrounded by rolling pastures and spectacular Skyline Drive and Shenandoah Valley views. Located minutes from Luray Caverns, Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park. • Minimum stay required (A 2 night minimum on weekends is required for ALL rooms)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas
• We cannot accommodate guest pets (Pet Spa is close by)
• Limitations on children staying
• No childcare is provided
• Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to a 1 night stay may be applied when reservation is made.)
• Closed: We do not accept earlier Check INs
• Check in time is 3:00 and Check out time is 11:00
• Cancellations:
  A $25.00 service charge per room will be applied to all cancellations. Due to limited availability which requires us to turn guests away once a room is blocked out, cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. We will not attempt to rebook your room should you cancel your reservation on the day of your arrival. No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per day for each remaining day of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations must be received by phone.
