• Minimum stay required (On certain high season weekends, two night minimum is required.)

• Deposit amount required ($75 deposit required for each room reserved paid by check or credit card.)
• Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon
• Cancellations:
  Deposit less $10 per room is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival. Any cancellations after the 30 day deadline but prior to the 7 days of scheduled arrival will warrant a deposit refund less a $25 per room cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable after 7 day deadline.
