Follow Route 3 from Ellsworth to Mount Desert Island, continue to Bar Harbor. Route 3 becomes Mt. Desert Street at the intersection of Route 233. Make a left on Mt Desert Street, go straight to the end and turn right on Main Street. Atlantic Avenue is on the left, we are the fourth house on the right. - Nearest major airport: Bangor, ME (BGR) 50 miles

Follow signs from the airport to 95 South. Take the exit to 395 East. Take 395 to State Route 1A exit. Stay on Route 1A travelling east through Ellsworth, Route 1A becomes Route 3. Route 3 will lead you directly to Bar Harbor.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night or 50% of your stay (whichever is greater) is required in order to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.)

- Check in time is 4:00-6:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will ensure a prompt refund less a $25 credit card processing fee. Within 14 days, we will refund your deposit (less the fee) if we can re-book the room.
Those who cancel the day of a reservation (or ‘no-shows’) are responsible for the entire amount of their reservation. We are unable to refund for early departures.
We are happy to accept one night stays throughout the year. However, due to scheduling difficulties that arise from such reservations, one-night stays are Non-Refundable. - Accepted by the following agencies:
