Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

• follow inside lid of Quaker Oats

Steps:

1. Follow recipe on lid of Quaker Oats and add Jean's special secrets! Use only butter and half melt it in microwave.Cream the butter with the sugars,eggs and vanilla.I use an electric mixer.Add dry ingredients(oatmeal and raisins last,few extra raisins are great!) Make cookies larger for softer cookies and take out of oven when just set and then cool. You can store extra dough in refrigerator for a few days and bake as needed. Cookies seem to vanish at Lazy Pond!
