Bed and Breakfast Mont Morris is located in the Mount Morris Park Historic District of Manhattan. This guest house (built in 1896) is in a four-storey brownstone on a tree-lined residential block. The guest house is beautifully decorated with a mixture of antiques and contemporary pieces. This neighborhood is rapidly undergoing gentrification and renovation and makes for a very interesting area to visit while in New York. It is primarily residential, so its more quiet than other parts of Manhattan.

Make sure you do not take the 1 or 9 train.

Then the E train ($2)(towards Manhattan) to 42nd St. Transfer to the Uptown #2 or #3 train (10 minute walk underground). Take the number #2 or #3 (Uptown) train to 116th St. (40 mins by train, 1.5 hours by subway) From Newark International Airport: Olympia bus to Port Authority bus terminal (42nd Street/8th Ave). Then the Uptown #2 or #3 train to 116th St.
