Spinach Florentine
Total preparation time: 12 minutesIngredients:
- 6 Eggs
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 TBL. melted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 TBL. flour
- 2 cups shredded white cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
Steps:
- Mix first 6 ingredients well [eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, cream cheese, sour cream & flour]
Fold spinach and cheese into egg mixture..
Pour into greased 13x9 glass baking dish.
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle additional grated cheese on top before serving.
