General InformationThe Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn and Garden is a Local Historic Landmark Building and Garden located in the heart of the Fuquay Springs Historic District across from the Fuquay Mineral Spring Park. The Inn is owned and operated by John and Patty Byrne, John is currently the Mayor of Fuquay-Varina and Patty teaches English at Fuquay-Varina High School. The house was the home of Dr. Wiley Cozart and his wife Pauline, both were community minded citizens, and their home was used for many functions during the 1920's to 1970's. Dr. Cozart was the Mayor of the town for ten years. Pauline was one of the community's finest gardeners and social leaders. The Colonial Revival Inn is perched on a hill overlooking the Mineral Spring with a period Gazebo for guests' enjoyments. The gardens on the side and front yards are enhanced by the soothing splashes from the classic fountain and the many bird feeders. The stone court yard and arbor add a secret garden setting for afternoon tea or a cozy breakfast. Guests will be located less than a block from the ole'town, Fuquay Springs, for shopping and dining. The Inn was built in 1927 by the Cozart Family. The Cozart Family owned and built one of the seven hotels - The Ben Wiley, celebrating the mineral spring. The Ben Wiley is on the National Registar of Historic Places and a Local Landmark, next to the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn. The Inn is owned and operated by Innkeepers, John and Patty Byrne. The craftsman features and custom woodwork are noted thoughout the Inn. Upon entering the Inn on Spring Street, John will greet guests in the sun room. In addition to the wildlife art and antiques, noted Hemingway furniture, and baseball memorabilia of John's father - Tommy Byrne and his Yankee years can be enjoyed.

- Cancellations:
Seven day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation seven or more days in advance we will charge your credit card $15 per room processing fee. If you cancel after the time limit, your credit card or deposit will be used for a nights stay unless the room is rebooked. All reservations made within seven days of arrival are considered guaranteed and no deposit refund in the event of cancellation or no-show. - Accepted by the following agencies:
