Ann cooks GREAT. Just a 2 minute walk to what it seems to be a private beach. Rooms were clean. We stayed in the MARTUS room it had a private entrance. Since it was a last minute booking and someone had canceled ANN gave me a great price.

Ann was wonderful and her brownies are the best. The Captain Quarter's was wonderful. We had a quick night but sitting around the kitchen hearing stories and eating brownies was the best. Meeting couples around the country at breakfast was great.
