Savannah Beach Inn also has a documented replica of the 1862 Union Civil War battle map to storm nearby Ft. Pulaski. Tybee Island enjoys many activities and culural events. To Name a few of many: * 4th of July International Powerboat Races * Tybee Island Marathon * 500 mile Hobie Cat Sailboat Race * Numerous other Festivals and Beach activities A world adventurers also makes his home here sometimes in the winter when not off in the Alaska Arctic.Complimentary Cruise on Wednesday evening!
Enjoy our "Mouth Watering" Gourmet Breakfasts made from our own special recipes!Perched on the top floor, this spacious suite has dramatic vaulted ceilings and views overlooking the beach and ocean. The king size bed is positioned for a welcome and romantic sunrise. Two bunk bed beds commandeered from liberty ships are located in an adjoining alcove that also serves as an over-sized closet or works well for a girls getaway! This suite includes a mini kitchen with sink, microwave, and a small fridge.

Colonel Bugbee Room This warm and inviting bedroom is complete with a "Magic Window". It has been named after the cavaliering Colonel Bugbee and it includes a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped with his and her sinks with a bathtub and shower combo. Captain's Quarters
Captains Quarters Nestled in its own private alcove with a private entrance, this suite has all the amenities to please a captain of worldly travels. Enjoy the "clawed foot" tub in the seclusion of a honeymoon or plan a family reunion centered around the hospitable common gathering area. An additional queen size ship berth makes well for family and friends. This suite includes a mini kitchen with sink, microwave and small fridge. Price varies according to season. Martus Room This room is named as a tribute to Florence Martus. From 1887 to 1931, she greeted ships entering Savannah by waving a cloth at approaching ships in search of her long lost lover. This cozy room is decorated by famous clothing designer Ann Loy, who inspires true romance! Complete with a king size bed, this room also includes a large soaking tub great for relaxing.
Morgan Room Quaintly decorated in a blue motif, this room showcases an authentic king-sized Chinese Wedding bed from several centuries ago. The bathroom has a beautiful oversize corner tub with shower. This room is great for a honeymoon or special romantic getaway.
