  • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Outside only.)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets (We regret we cannot accept pets.)
  • Children are welcome (Well behaved children are permitted.)
  • Limitations on childcare (We do have a babysitting list we can refer)
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine and appetizer hour.)
  • Deposit amount required (Your advance deposit is equal to one night stay or 50% of your stay.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 & 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00am
  • Cancellations:
    A 10 day cancellation period is required.If you cancel before the 10 days you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. Otherwise, a gift certificate will be issued if you phone within the 10 day cancellation policy.This gift certificate is good for 6 months from the date of cancellation. If you do not show up we keep the full amount. Because we are a small property our cancellation policy is very strict. If we cannot re-book the room on a last minute cancellation you will lose the full amount.
