Pineapple Souffle
Total preparation time: 1 hour
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 can Pineapple chunks (large)
- 3 slices Bread (cubed)
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup Milk
Steps:
- Melt butter in pan. (I use a 9" square.)
- Mix together all other ingredients and pour into pan with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
