General Information

Built in 1903 The Perry House is one of the town's oldest and most prominent homes. With it's beautiful Victorian style architecture, the building is listed as one of Banner Elk's historic landmarks. A short walk out the front door, through the garden and down the hill puts you in the heart of Banner Elk's business area. Here you will find a wide variety of shops and eateries to suit every interest and budget. Whether it's fine dining, quaint cafes, or a delicious sandwich from our own Dunn's Deli, Banner Elk has it all. Shoppers will discover the entire gambit, from local arts and crafts to designer fashions. Whether your visit to The High Country is for skiing, sightseeing, fishing, golf or just relaxing on our wrap-around porch, Banner Elk and The Perry House are sure to fulfill your every need.
