Puff Chan

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Butter
Steps:
- Place the butter in a pan and put in a 425 degree oven to melt butter.
- Beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt until smooth.
- When butter is melted in the pan and starts to bubble, pour the mixture into the pan, and
return to oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cover with foil for the last 5-10 minutes to prevent over browning.
- Serve hot, putting brown sugar, sour cream and your faborite fruit ( strawberries and blueberries work very well) on top oth the puff and enjoy!
