Welcoming smiles from innkeepers Susan and Linda (Mom) greet guests as they check in. The parlor is an inviting spot to read the newspaper, look at travel guides, or visit with other guests. The antique back-bar in the dining room takes second place only to the delicious breakfast upon it. Every morning you'll be treated to a special hot dish (French toast, puffed pancakes, chili rellenos, zucchini-dill quiche, etc.) in addition to seasonal fresh fruit, juice, cereal, coffee, tea, and toast with Linda and Susan's homemade jam (from Paonia fruit, of course). Sit by the bay window and enjoy the vivid blossoms in the rock garden.
Traditional quilts and embroidered pillowcases in each room are reminescent of grandmother's house. Exposed brick walls and antique furniture contribute to the warmth and uniqueness of each room. But, unlike grandmother's house each guest room boasts a private bath. Hold your next meeting or training session in the Bross Hotel's conference room. It can accommodate 3 - 30 people. This room doubles as a TV/library/game room. And, it takes on a different ambiance each month for the hotel's Murder Mystery Night.
