General InformationFeatured in Southern Living and HGTV, Mountain Magnolia Inn is a bed & breakfast and restaurant located in Hot Springs, a small valley town in the peaceful Blue Ridge Mountains. We are located just 35 miles from Asheville at the junction of the French Broad River and the Appalachian Trail.
The Inn is a fully restored, 3-story 130 year old Victorian estate situated on 3.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. All our guest rooms have private baths, some have fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, and private balconies with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast is included with a nights stay and dinner is available many nights for an additional charge.
In addition the Inn operates an artist gallery, coffee shop and wine bar in downtown Hot Springs just a 5 minute stroll from the Inn. There are 55 artist booths of local artists, a wine shop and wine bar and a coffee shop.
