Cinnamon raisin scones
Total preparation time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
- handful Raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs white sugar
- enough to wet milk
Steps:
- Mix all dry ingredients, add milk to make dough. Spray baking dish with Pam. I pat out each one with my hands floured. Place in dish. Top with small amount of butter. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
- I make a glaze with a couple of tbs of powdered sugar and a little hot water and pour over scones that are slightly cooled.
