This 1815 brick Colonial, on 22 acres on the north edge of Utica, is minutes from NYS Thruway Exit 31, allowing easy access to area attractions and colleges, including Hamilton College and Utica College. Snuggled in a woodsy residential area, the house shows its historic character with wide plank floors, hardwoods, and homey decor. All modern and immaculate conveniences, including two bedrooms with private baths, formal dining room, and ample off-street parking. Full gourmet breakfast of fancy fruit, home baked breads and muffins, and main dish, usually casserole. Fresh fruit provided in rooms. Children are welcome, and a crib is available on request. Wi-Fi now available.
