No maple syrup needed, but it is provided just in case...

• Cancellations:
  Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your schedules date of arrival. If a cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge your credit card, or apply your check deposit, to issue a Gift Certificate, valid for 6 months, in the following manner: the full dollar value, or the full deposit, for reservations of 1 or 2 nights; the dollar value equal to two nights for reservations of 3 or 4 nights; and the dollar value equal to 50% of your stay for reservations of 5 or more days. In the unlikely event of a "no-show," guests will be charged based on the same criteria as a cancellation. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of arrival and departure dates.
